Top Fuel CrossFit is hosting The Lift Heavy Often Training Camp & CF Games Open Prep FREE/DONATION BASED!
this is a 3 day Training Camp taught by 3x CrossFit Games Athlete Elijah EZ Muhammad.
FRIDAY- Feb. 7
6-8pm:
•Welcoming, Swag Bags, Introduction, gym layout, rules & expectations of the weekend. Weekend flow
•warmup/ stretching
•Weightlifting (efficiency/Technique work)
•Interval EMOM (barbell & Skill)
SATURDAY- Feb. 8
3 sessions:
8am-12pm:
•Interval Aerobic Session
•programming lecture
•Body Building/Accessory Session
•Strength Session
•CF Games open prep/strategy
230pm-430pm:
•Weightlifting Session
•Skill/Interval Training (work:rest ratios)
•Injury Prevention/Prehab Session
630pm-845pm:
•Interval Training (why) (grunt work)
•Play/Skill Challenges(why)
•Metabolic Training (chipper)
•Q&A injury, crossfit journey, weightlifting, life balance, kids, culture, faith, coaching etc
SUNDAY- Feb. 9
930am- 1230pm
•Strength / open workout Session
•Quick Burner Session
•Closing Photos, Q&A, departure
during this you will be working out and moving a lot, programming will be based on my (Methedology of training and prioritizing elements that help build fitness.) Doing these elements of training because they are important to me in training protocols and I have found a great deal of success in getting better with them. Let’s Have Some Fun!
